1. Kabul

Raqet House mobil uygulamasını ("uygulama") indirerek, kurarak veya kullanarak bu Kullanım Koşulları'nı kabul etmiş olursunuz. Koşulları kabul etmiyorsanız lütfen uygulamayı kullanmayınız.

2. Hizmetin Tanımı

Raqet House, padel oyuncularını ve kulüpleri buluşturan bir platformdur. Uygulama; padel kulüplerini keşfetme, kort ayırtma, açık maç oluşturma ve maçlara katılma, oyuncularla mesajlaşma, sıralama (RQT puanı) ve kulüpler için yönetim paneli gibi hizmetler sunar. Raqet House bir aracı platformdur; kortların işletmesi, fiyatlandırması ve sunumu ilgili kulüplere aittir.

3. Hesap ve Sorumluluklar

Hesap oluşturmak için doğru ve güncel bilgiler vermelisiniz.
Hesabınızın güvenliğinden ve hesabınız üzerinden yapılan tüm işlemlerden siz sorumlusunuz.
Uygulamayı yalnızca yasalara uygun amaçlarla kullanabilirsiniz.
13 yaşından küçük kişiler uygulamayı kullanamaz.

4. Rezervasyon, İptal ve Ödeme

Kort rezervasyonları ilgili kulübün müsaitliğine ve onayına tabidir. İptal ve ücret iadesi koşulları ilgili kulübün politikalarına göre belirlenir. Ödemeler, ilgili kulüp ile aranızda gerçekleşir; Raqet House ödeme işlemlerinin tarafı değildir ve bu işlemlerden doğan uyuşmazlıklardan sorumlu tutulamaz.

5. Kullanıcı Davranış Kuralları

Uygulamayı kullanırken aşağıdakileri yapmamayı kabul edersiniz:

Başkalarını taciz etmek, tehdit etmek veya rahatsız edici içerik paylaşmak,
Yanıltıcı, sahte veya hukuka aykırı içerik yayınlamak,
Başka bir kullanıcının hesabını izinsiz kullanmak,
Uygulamanın güvenliğini tehlikeye atacak veya işleyişini bozacak eylemlerde bulunmak.

Bu kurallara aykırı davranan hesaplar önceden bildirim yapılmaksızın askıya alınabilir veya kapatılabilir.

6. İçerik ve Fikri Mülkiyet

Uygulamadaki logo, tasarım, metin ve yazılım dahil tüm içerik Nexora Labs'e aittir ve telif hakları ile korunmaktadır. Yazılı izin olmadan çoğaltılamaz veya dağıtılamaz. Uygulamaya yüklediğiniz içerikten (profil bilgisi, mesaj vb.) siz sorumlusunuz.

7. Sorumluluğun Sınırlandırılması

Uygulama "olduğu gibi" sunulur. Raqet House, kulüpler tarafından sağlanan bilgilerin (fiyat, müsaitlik, kort durumu) doğruluğunu garanti etmez. Maçlar ve fiziksel aktiviteler sırasında oluşabilecek yaralanma, kayıp veya zararlardan Raqet House sorumlu değildir. Uygulamanın kesintisiz veya hatasız çalışacağı garanti edilmez.

8. Hesabın Sonlandırılması

Hesabınızı dilediğiniz zaman uygulama içindeki "Profil → Hesabı Sil" seçeneğiyle silebilirsiniz. Bu koşulları ihlal etmeniz durumunda hesabınızı sonlandırma hakkımız saklıdır.

9. Koşullarda Değişiklik

Bu Kullanım Koşulları zaman zaman güncellenebilir. Değişiklikler bu sayfada yayımlanır; önemli değişikliklerde uygulama içi bildirim yapılır. Değişikliklerden sonra uygulamayı kullanmaya devam etmeniz güncel koşulları kabul ettiğiniz anlamına gelir.

10. Uygulanacak Hukuk

Bu koşullar Türkiye Cumhuriyeti hukukuna tabidir. Uyuşmazlıklarda İzmir Mahkemeleri ve İcra Daireleri yetkilidir.

Terms of Use

1. Acceptance

By downloading, installing, or using the Raqet House mobile application (the "app"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not accept these terms, please do not use the app.

2. Description of Service

Raqet House is a platform that connects padel players and clubs. The app offers services such as discovering padel clubs, booking courts, creating and joining open matches, messaging players, rankings (RQT score), and a management panel for clubs. Raqet House is an intermediary platform; the operation, pricing, and provision of courts belong to the respective clubs.

3. Account and Responsibilities

You must provide accurate and up-to-date information when creating an account.
You are responsible for the security of your account and all activity carried out through it.
You may use the app only for lawful purposes.
Persons under the age of 13 may not use the app.

4. Booking, Cancellation and Payment

Court bookings are subject to the availability and approval of the relevant club. Cancellation and refund conditions are determined by the policies of the relevant club. Payments take place between you and the relevant club; Raqet House is not a party to payment transactions and cannot be held responsible for disputes arising from them.

5. User Conduct

When using the app, you agree not to:

Harass, threaten, or share offensive content toward others,
Publish misleading, false, or unlawful content,
Use another user's account without permission,
Take actions that jeopardize the security of the app or disrupt its operation.

Accounts that violate these rules may be suspended or terminated without prior notice.

6. Content and Intellectual Property

All content in the app, including the logo, design, text, and software, belongs to Nexora Labs and is protected by copyright. It may not be reproduced or distributed without written permission. You are responsible for the content you upload to the app (profile information, messages, etc.).

7. Limitation of Liability

The app is provided "as is." Raqet House does not guarantee the accuracy of information provided by clubs (prices, availability, court status). Raqet House is not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage that may occur during matches and physical activities. The app is not guaranteed to operate uninterrupted or error-free.

8. Termination

You may delete your account at any time via "Profile → Delete Account" in the app. We reserve the right to terminate your account if you violate these terms.

9. Changes to Terms

These Terms of Use may be updated from time to time. Changes are published on this page; for significant changes, an in-app notification will be sent. Continuing to use the app after changes means you accept the updated terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The Courts and Enforcement Offices of İzmir shall have jurisdiction over any disputes.
